I was looking for motivation and help to train around some injuries that had stopped me from training in the last couple of years and as a result I was putting on weight.
		I approached George, who developed my training plan and diet regime. I enjoyed the fact that he tried to keep my diet as close as possible to my food preferences. After one week I was already feeling better and had a lot more energy.
		It took only a few training sessions to see that George has the knowledge and passion to motivate and help me (or anyone really) to achieve my goals. His focus on getting my form right was the most important from the beginning as he knew that if I didn't have it right I would re-injure myself again.
		Over the weeks of training with George, he has always been there to push me through the tough sessions where I doubt myself, has given me a positive attitude and has answered any questions I may have in regards to training and nutrition. 
		Most importantly, the nerve impingement I have had the past few years, is finally getting better. Before I started training with George I could not pick up a 10kg dumbbell off the floor. Within months of training with George, I was able to deadlift 200kg!
		It has been a pleasure to train with George and I would highly recommend George as a trainer and nutritionist for anyone wanting to achieve results.
