Be active. (in any way)

Being active does not only mean going to the gym for an hour five days a week, or running marathons.

Even going for a 30min walk will improve health indices such as lower the cholesterol levels.

More importantly, have fun!, while being active. Why not practise some acrobatic moves with your friends at the beach on a nice sunny day!

Instead of making excuses to avoid physical activity, take any opportunity to embrace it! And have fun!
